Xavier is the shit! Pumped out my tank Labor Day weekend, was prompt, friendly and courteous. He explained why I was having issues and what the solution would be. Highly recommend Brooks septic and Xavier!

The two technicians that came to my house, Xavier and Jacob, we're very polite and professional. Iteven started raining while they were doing their job and I did not hear one complaint out of them. They just acted like as part of the day's work. These two gave me a very positive outlook on this company. Editing my review. I had a two-part repair that had to be completed. My earlier review was for the septic cleaning and those two did a wonderful job. My second part was meeting a main line unclogged due to how badly my septic was. The technician they sent was named Nick.

I was having a sulphur smell coming from one of my bathrooms. Carl came out to diagnose the problem and was very nice and helpful. Decided I needed my tank pumped. He set it up and Xavier came out to pump my tank. Xavier absolutely went above and beyond cleaning my tank and making sure everything was as working as needed. I would recommend Xavier and Carl to everyone I know. Brooks septic has great people that will help you and take the time to make sure you have been taken care of properly. I initially spoke to Amy and she set all of this up as. Was very helpful as well.

Our septic backed up over the weekend. Within a couple of hours, Brooks Septic showed up and pumped our tank. They also gave recommendations on how to perform regular maintenance. Very professional. Highly recommend!
