    I was put on hold multiple times. Very poor customer service. I've always been taught to smile while answering the phone or at least ask how are you doing today. Clearly this is a production line now. I loved Brockwells years ago. What happened?

    We can confirm we’re 100% human-run… though septic-pumping robots would be pretty cool.     Just had my septic pumped out by 2 young men. Hassan and Eddie. Both were super nice and very friendly. They did an awesome job. Thank you

    Very poor service now that Wind River has taken over Brockwells. Appointment time changed 3 times on the date of service. Received a text saying they would be arriving in 46 minutes- they arrived almost 3 hours later. Once they completed the pumping the area they dug up was not left in an acceptable condition. This has not been the case in the past. Call and complained and still waiting to hear from the branch manager. As of 3/27 no inspection report has been received. After 20 years of being a customer we will be looking for a new company.
