About Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer

From the website of Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer pumps out septic tanks, installs new systems, and fits risers on tank access covers. Their site says there is no substitute for regular septic tank pumping and inspection, and it tells of a complicated blockage at a home more than 80 years old that ended with a new system in the ground and the area restored within a couple of weeks. The company also handles the septic inspections that come up when a buyer is purchasing a home. Risers come with a rule attached. Connecticut health code requires them on tank covers that sit under more than 12 inches of earth.

Bristol Septic recently installed a whole new septic system for us. The process was very smooth - the work was done efficiently, they were careful to avoid damaging anything, and the new system works perfectly. They even did a great job on the cleanup; the yard was leveled out nicely and seeded. Everything they said they were going to do, happened when they said they would do it. Highly recommend them if you need a new system!

Very happy with the service came out few days after I called. Pumped the septic and installed a riser I wasn’t home at the time and he called and kept me updated throughout the process. Will be using again and will recommend

Donovan was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he pump our septic tank, but he also power washed the inside. Answered all the questions we had and even had replacement lids with him. A+, highly recommend!

Called for an emergency to have my septic tank pumped and Donovan was so courteous and professional over the phone. He was able to provide emergency service on the same day. He gave me an estimated time when he would arrive. He would give me a courteous call to let me know he is running behind and on his way. Generally great to work with! He was friendly and did the job very well! I highly recommend this company! Donavan deserves a recognition! He’s a hard working man! Thank you for your generous service!

I called another company before calling Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer. But the price they quoted before they even came to my house was unaffordable. Bristol Terryville Septic and Sewer answered my call, arrived timely and did an amazing job clearing my clogged sewer drain. And the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again if needed and I will refer them to anyone who asks.

Reviews stretch back years and come back to the same jobs, from routine pumping to full installs. Joanne's review describes an emergency call handled with "emergency service on the same day," along with a call ahead when the driver was running behind. Adam's covers a whole new system installed while the crew took care not to damage anything, with the yard leveled out and seeded afterward, and Steven's covers a pumping visit that added a riser while he was out, with updates by phone throughout.

Before You Call

A house closing puts a hard date on the septic, and this company does the inspections real estate sales call for. If your closing date is coming up, one question settles the plan: can the inspection be booked inside your window?
