Septic Services in Dayton

Quoted from the website of Brighteyes Septic, read 15 Sept 2026.

Beyond new installs, the company covers aerobic septic systems from the initial soil evaluation to the final installation, along with the routine maintenance or repairs those systems need, at homes and commercial properties alike. Tank pumping is available as well, and the company advises pumping every 4 to 6 years, depending on usage. Around Dayton, the soil survey rates the mapped ground as very limited for septic drain fields because water leaves the soil too slowly, which gives that first soil evaluation real weight before a system is designed.

I would recommend Brighteyes Septic out of Liberty to anyone who has a septic A35system. Whether you're having problems with your system, need your tanks cleaned, or just need help with knowledge about how your system actually runs, this is the place to call! They were able to fit us into their schedule within just a few days. Adrian was absolutely awesome at explaining everything to us, and they did an absokutely amazing job for us. Thank you so much Brighteyes!! We will definately be calling you again!!

Most dishonest people I have ever hired. They lie about what is wrong and want to replace pumps and equipment that is not bad. Had another company go look at that same equipment and they fixed existing equipment in 30 minutes for just hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. Will never use Bright Eyes again.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the feedback, we're sorry your experience didn't meet expectations. Our technician measured significant voltage on both pump housings (which sit submerged inside the tank), not a condition a licensed septic company should leave in service, regardless of repair cost. We installed the system over 10 years ago, these are the original pumps, with no other major issues after all this time.

We understand a higher repair quote is frustrating, but every recommendation we make is based on what our licensed technicians measure on-site. We've built Brighteyes on doing things right, we didnt charge you for our time, and we'd never recommend work that isn't warranted. If you'd like to walk through the diagnostic notes from that day, please give our office a call, we’d be happy to go through them with you!

I had a septic issue and they were incredible! They knew exactly what to do, explained everything clearly, and were extremely friendly throughout the process. I was impressed that they were able to provide same-day service, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend them for anyone needing septic repair!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Homeowners who left five-star reviews describe crews that explain the work clearly and move fast. Devyn's septic problem was met with "same-day service", and Angela says the crew fit her in within a few days while Adrian walked her through how her system runs. Melissa adds that after heavy rain, the machinery left her yard in good shape and her septic working.

Before You Call

A struggling system eventually forces a choice between another repair and a full replacement, and Brighteyes works both sides of that line with pumping, repairs and new installation. When you call, it is reasonable to ask which way your symptoms point and what a new installation would involve on ground where water drains slowly.
