I am not one to write reviews but this company has truly exceeded my expectations. We sent an email to see if we could get someone to come out and provide us a quote. They responded almost immediately. Bryan came out and took the time to explain things to my husband. We are first time septic system homeowners. Bryan was thorough and just a kind person. His wife Kim was just as equally amazing. If you want to get service from a company that cares about the service they provide and is responsive - I would highly recommend going with this company. They do great work :)

Had them come out and do a septic inspection on a house I was looking to buy. They fit me into the schedule on short notice and arrived early that day for the inspection. Brian was great at explaining how the system worked and identifying issues with the aerator system. He then spent extra time to find the bull run valve that was mapped improperly with the county and identified that the riser was broke off and the valve in need of replacement. He did a fantastic job explaining the identified issues to me and my realtor. He was kind and courteous. Overall experience was great!

This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They took the advice of the BUYER instead of the HOMEOWNER about an issue with my septic tank during an inspection. Then left a key part of the system open to the elements. I had to cover/fix what they found was broken to keep my system from backing up into my basement. Then proceeded to come back without notice and without approval to pump my tank (all of which I told the guy to call me to schedule that appointment, but never heard back from them). I've never dealt with such incompetence before in my life. Highly DO NOT recommend.

We called Brenner’s with an unusual job request related to the sewer. They were professional, affordable and a pleasure to work with! Thanks again!
