5 stars for septic service performed, knowledge shared, and friendliness. Miscommunication with the email address caused a brief kerfuffle but all is well and I would refer/use them again.

Response from the owner

We appreciate your good review and we always want you to be satisfied with everything we do. We don't do seed and straw for pump outs and small repairs. We apologize if you thought that we were going to do that. We are going to send you an email about the pricing because we want you to feel confident in not only our work but our transparency. Thank you so much for your work and we look forward to serving you again in the future!

The sellers had to replace the old septic tank and we were in a rush to get it done to get to closing. Bowens went above and beyond to get a permit, get it replaced and get the inspector out to approve the work. They were always available to communicate the status to me and we are ready to go to closing. THANK YOU, Bowens.......
