John’s crew are the best! Had tank pumped in July still having issues, crew came back out discovered the filter was clog (never knew there was one), they cleared and installed a cover so we now know where the filter is. Also replaced cover to the tank too. Highly recommend

John came and took on a bit of a challenging job. I had plans for a new septic, seemed pretty simple and straight forward. However he and his team discovered the designer had failed to open the existing tank before measuring and the plans that were designed and approved were not viable. He worked tirelessly to reach out to the designer and rectify the mistake. This designer took no accountability and was requiring full payment for a new plan and another round of permitting fees. John helped me find another designer and we finally got a viable set of plans.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Annie! We are glad you were happy with the outcome.

We have had the Boudreault Septic team come to our home to do some underground work to improve our system as well as standard tank maintenance over the last 2 years. They are professional, good communicators, and do a good job. We are fortunate to have quality tradespeople like this in our community.

    Response from the owner

Thanks Matt. We appreciate your business!

I recently bought a house with a failed septic, which was holding up the closing process. John made my needs top priority and got things fixed and set up VERY quickly so I was able to close and move in. John is very quick to respond, highly reliable and follows through with his word. He is very authentic, down to earth and willing to help a neighbor. Genuinely good people are rare, but they do exist! I HIGHLY recommend John and his team and will be referring them whenever I can. THANK YOU JOHN! I appreciate everything!!

So my Mom had this great idea to upgrade the septic situation at my new to me cabin. Property was nightmare and shouldve left it all alone. A leach field wasn't possible so he installed this small closed tank that I'm sure he told my Mom that you simply pump it once or twive a year but that turned out to be $250 every month. He very soon thereafter screwed me on a Thanksgiving pump Im sure he was having some spectacular festivities, not. Dumass also cut my well pump electric wire while the extra man we payed for didn't lay a finger on the shovel in the back of the truck.

    Response from the owner

My apologies for your experience, although none of it true. Your mother hired us to try and remedy an existing issue that was almost impossible to fix but she seemed happy with not having to move forward with a difficult situation. Since she paid the bills, we had an arrangement of pumping the tank, periodically, that I received no complaints from her on. Your excessive water use on a holding tank made the frequency of pumping necessary. As far as your pump line and left over possessions, you have us mistaken for another person/contractor.

Reviews describe John Boudreault and his crew on tank pumpings, new system installs and regrading work around the house. Annie, whose new system took a year of setbacks, described a team committed to "getting It Done". Several customers mention how fast the crew comes out and how clearly the work gets explained. Ann credits a fast fix on a failed system that was holding up her house closing. Matt describes two years of tank maintenance and underground improvements, and calls the crew good communicators.

Local Ground

Around North Haverhill, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the North Haverhill city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

A struggling system forces a choice between fixing what is in the ground and designing a new one, and Boudreault takes on both. Once the crew has seen the site, ask whether a repair will hold or a new system makes more sense.
