    I can’t say enough good things about Bob’s Septic Service. Everyone I worked with was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work.     If I could give zero stars I would! Never use this company - I paid a deposit for a septic consult in confidence because they told me they could install the system at the time. When I received the approval from the county, I called to get a quote and install and they no longer installed the system I needed. They argued and laughed at me when I asked about a potential refund even a portion of it - or if I could use their surface for a septic flush. Do not use Domic and Jose regardless of your industry - they are unprofessional and just looking to take your money.

    Thank you for taking the time to provide us with constructive feedback, Angelina. We understand that you were disappointed by our response to your request to install a system we are not certified to install. When you called our office, we shared with you that we were not installing any Supplemental Treatment Systems because we have decided as a company to wait for a better and more affordable system to be rolled out for consumers. We shared this with you multiple times. We referred you to another contractor who is certified to install/redesign your system or help you install what your septic engineer designed. If you look at the DEH website, you will not find us listed as a company that installs the septic system they approved. Additionally, we did not take a deposit; you paid for a site consultation with our contractor on-site to assist you and your septic engineer in getting your system approved, which we did help with. We offer a credit of the consulting fee to the customer if we issue an estimate. Still, we did not issue an estimate in your case because we are not certified to install that specific system. Again, we have decided not to install Supplemental Treatment Systems or Advance Treatment Units. Please know that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will always strive to provide the best service possible.

    These guys are highly professional and extremely generous with their time. Jose is brilliant and guided me through all the details of my system and multiple repair options based on budget. They are very thorough and go through everything to get it right. Highly recommended!

    Bob Septic just replaced my 50 year old septic tank. These guys did amazing work. Their customer service alone was perfect. Dominic was quick to answer his phone and spent plenty of time on the phone with me answering all my questions. They pushed all my mulch out of the way before excavating and pushed it all back into place. They also carefully dug in the area of my waterline and mandated to not break it. They rerouted it with minimal time down with out water to the house. They gave a fair price and were done with my project in a day and a half.
