Bobby does the work himself in most of what people describe. Gerry called when water backed up into the house and says the response was prompt, and Janice had her tank pumped on a weekend while Bobby looked for other plumbing trouble on the same visit. Angie has had both a home and a business pumped by the company. Kelly describes him as "on time and very helpful", and Betty makes a point of the phone calls getting returned. Jay used the service before selling a house, had a riser cap added to the system ahead of the buyer's inspection, and says Bobby helped with the paperwork the lender needed weeks after the job was paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Call

The choice in front of most callers is whether to schedule a pump-out now or wait until something backs up. Worth asking on the phone is when the tank was last cleaned out, because that is the number that shapes the timing of the next one.
