We were very pleased that we chose Black Water Septic. They came in a timely manner, tended to business and got the routine pumping of our tank done. I would positively recommend to anyone. We will have them back for sure.

Just an outstanding guy. Very knowledgeable, doesn't try to up-sell you on a ton of crap you don't need. Fixed my system after another company messed it up.

Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review! We really appreciate it. Our goal is always to figure out what the system actually needs and give you straightforward options, not sell you things you don't. We're glad we were able to get everything sorted out and your system working properly again. Thanks for trusting Blackwater Services with it!

I called out Blackwater Services to snake out one of the lateral lines in my leach field that did not seem to be flowing. They arrived on time and listened to my concerns. They came ready to work and within an hour had my line flowing and flushed out three times. Zeb was professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I would recommend Blackwater Services and Zeb for your septic system service needs.

Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review and recommendation! I’m glad we were able to get that lateral opened back up and flowing properly for you. We always try to show up prepared, listen to what the homeowner is seeing, and make sure the job is done thoroughly before we leave. It was a pleasure working with you, and we really appreciate you trusting Blackwater Services with your septic system!
