If you like being treated like a fool, call them. The owner makes excuses nonstop and has no respect for your time or your business.

Terrible experience. On 10/24/23, Steve installed a septic system for us. Around June 2024, the tank came out of the ground. I contacted him, and he said it may have been pumped by mistake, which is very unlikely given the rural location and only two nearby houses at the time. So if that is the case, every time we would pump it, there could be a risk of it coming out of the ground, which already does not sound right. He said he could fix it by adding concrete to the bottom, and we paid extra for that repair, no questions asked.

This guy is great! I called him last minute and he showed up. Very professional and respectful. He gave us advice and taught us a few things. He answered all of our questions. He even told us to call him if we had any problems or questions in the future. I will definitely be using him again!! I would give him more stars if I could!
