Customer reviews describe both new installs and steady service calls. Cody writes that Big John's installed a new septic tank and did an excellent job, and Shayla says her install ended with a full cleanup and friendly, down to earth crews. Speed and know-how come up in the service reviews too. Linda's system backed up on a weekend and the crew came out fast, while Abi says the technician who has handled her septic for five years always explains what is going on. Scott, a customer of more than ten years, remembers the owner Tim calling back after hours and how he "walked me through how to open my drainage line" with a garden hose down the clean out.
