I can’t say enough good things about Basalt Blackwater. When we moved into an older home, we needed to figure out a septic maintenance plan and wanted someone local, trustworthy, and professional, not just another big-shop vendor. Levi and Basalt came highly recommended, and they’ve lived up to every bit of it. As a first-time septic owner, I had no idea what I was doing. Levi took the time to listen, answer every question, and explain things in a way that made the whole process stress-free. We’ve now relied on Basalt for years, and they’ve been consistently dependable and easy to work with.

Excellent service. Friendly and professional. They dug two feet to reach the opening of the tank and the yard was perfect when they left. Would highly recommend.

Called Basalt to make an appointment to have our septic pumped. I talked to a "real" person (Tara), not a recording. She was very nice and schedule a day for Levi to come out. Levi came out a week later. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable. He dug out the lid, cleaned the tank and put the dirt and grass back in a timely manner. Couldn't tell he was there. Price was very fare. Highly recommend their services! Thank you Basalt!

Basalt (Levi) has been keeping our 50 year old septic system working for many, many years. I was convinced we'd lost the system after a backup less than a year since the last pump. Levi did maintenance on our drain field, and we are back in business, saving us tens of thousands of dollars.
