I had them pump out the septic tank. They had to locate it first since I had no idea where it was. The young man was very quick and efficient. The total cost was less than I expected

We have a lift station on our property and they came on a weekend at the last minute to clean us out the first time. The second time was an emergency because we hadn’t had it fixed yet with the flooding. Nobody could get to us even though they were busy they made the time to come and take care of us would recommend them to anybody. They are fantastic , friendly, and pricing was fair.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Lisa, we appreciate your kind words. We are glad we could respond quickly for your lift station both times and that you found our team friendly and pricing fair. Your recommendation means a lot to us.

Homeowners commonly call for routine septic tank pumping, help finding buried lids, and urgent lift station cleanouts. The company often sends technicians out on short notice or over weekends to resolve backups. Clay noted that the technician "had parts on truck" to replace a broken pump during the visit.
