About Barefoot Septic & Sewer, Inc.
From the website of Barefoot Septic & Sewer, Inc., read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Pumping means a visit to the property, and the company says it takes care to respect the home while the crew works. For a homeowner weighing a full replacement against more years of pump-outs, this is an outfit that can do either.

Inspections are part of the work too, and the company notes that many newer tanks carry an effluent filter in the outlet baffle. Ground matters for anyone putting in a new system here: soil surveys rate 96% of rated ground in Caledonia as very limited for septic absorption fields, most often because bedrock sits close to the surface, and any one lot can differ from the map.

Before You Call
When a tank has gone years without a pump-out, the decision is whether to pump it right away or have it inspected first to see what shape it is in. Ask whether the crew will look over the effluent filter in the outlet baffle while the tank is open.
