Our septic tank started overflowing and he was able to show up and get it all taken care of quickly. Our leach lines were having issues, needing to be dug up and fixed, and he showed up and nonstop getting the problem taken care of quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs anything septic related.

Gave him an early morning call for a backed up septic. Charlie came out not long after and had a look. Said it was clogged and didn't try selling me on a pump. He cleared it and gave me a quick 101 lesson on septic tanks. I would recommend him to anyone and will be using him for future business

    Response from the owner

Super helpful and friendly service. We rented a trailer last minute and used it to remove junk on property, Charlie and his brother delivered and picked it up and took to the dump for us. Courteous service and family owned! Referred business to my son for escrow inspections. Definitely keeping # handy for all our septic and excavation needs! Thank you Charlie!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much! We really appreciate your business and the referral, it was a pleasure working with you. Glad we could help get everything cleaned up quickly!

They answered their phone in the 4th of July when I called panicked my septic was overfilled. Charley came out the next morning and diagnosed a drainage issue and scheduled to come back Wednesday morning and dig out the pipe to find the problem. They showed up on Wednesday and found the issue of a drainage box that had collapsed and a broken pipe coming out of the septic. They tested our leach field and thankfully it passed with flying colors! They worked late to get the replacement job completed same day so we could use our drains again.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much! We’re happy we could take care of everything and get your system running again. We really appreciate your patience, kindness, and great feedback, it means a lot to us!

Most of the reviews describe urgent calls that got a fast answer. Tamara called on the 4th of July about an overfilled tank. Charley came out the next morning, then returned midweek to dig out a collapsed drainage box and a broken pipe, and the replacement was finished the same day. Manpreet phoned over Memorial Day weekend and got a video call walkthrough, followed by a visit the next day from more than an hour and a half away. Drew had a main line snaked and both toilets pulled to find the clogs at Lake Almanor. Another customer with a backed-up tank got a morning visit, and the clog was cleared without a pump sale. Several reviewers also mention how the work was explained. Aj came away with a "quick 101 lesson on septic tanks". Others describe leach line digging and excavation handled with care.
