    Tony Cross was exceptional! Very friendly and informative with everything. I was very appreciative of his kindness and patience especially during a Sunday after hours call. I was extremely stressed out and overstimulated and he really eliminated all of those negative feelings with how friendly and kind he was. He was so helpful and helped us understand what was going on with our electrical issues and everything was resolved! Thank you so much to Tony!!!

    I called Bacon for a second opinion after my last company told me I had a leak and was low on Freon. Stormy came out and hooked up his gauges and was able to quickly assure me that my system was good and my levels were within range. He was very professional and courteous.

    Brandon arrived and within minutes he diagnosed the problem right away replaced it and then checked all the vents to make sure the right temp and pressure is blowing out of them and done!!! Very polite and respectful young man. Thank you Bacon Plumbing for great same day service
