These guys were very good. We used another septic service in the past but decided to switch it up after not a good experience during our last service. They were professional and fast. Highly recommend!

Sour note. I recently had an issue with my septic system where my alarm was triggered. I called Backus as they had pumped my septic a year prior. They were quick to respond and came out promptly to check my system. After pumping my system they later found out that it was not the issue and that I had a failed Aerator. They pointed this out to me and said I would need to find another company to address the aerator. They left and charged me for a full septic pump despite it not being needed.

10/10 services. Very helpful and helps you find exactly what you need and want for your party or event. Our wedding had 60 people and everyone had great things to say about the quality of porta potty. Very kind and easy to talk to🙂 We will always choose BBROZ as our #1 service
