About B2 Septic Services

From the website of B2 Septic Services, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Way OVERPRICED and so LITTLE EFFORT. I called these guys to come help locate and pump out my septic, they honestly sounded like good people. But when the worker got out there he looked at the pipes under neath the house, guessed where the septic should be, poked the ground about 30-40 times and said he couldn’t find it. Suggested I call a plumber and then proceeded to charge me 130 bucks for a service fee. This whole process was all less than 30 minutes, and half of that was talking and walking back and forth for tools.

Response from the owner

Good evening Chris, Sorry you felt like it was not worth yours or our time to drive out there and locate a tank on a property that you inherited and do not know where everything is. Fuel and time is worth something and if we spent all day out there looking for a tank for $130 we would go out of business. We did all we could do and suggested you call a plumber that has a camera to locate the the tank, we do not have a camera and the system is so old there are no clean outs or any way for us to use the equipment we do have to help locate it. Sorry you were disappointed in out service. Good luck!

SAVED THE DAY!!! I contacted B2 Septic Pumping this morning with my urgent need with septic service. Brandon communicated to Gary promptly.my dilema and they fit me in to their already busy schedule for the day. Keeping me posted on the ETA. Once he arrived he assessed the situation, explained everything in detail (something the original installers never took the time to do) and in addition, explained more about the sprinkler system and timer as well and encouraged me to ask questions if I had anymore.

Response from the owner

Thank you for your feed back Emma, we appreciate your business!!

Customers describe pumping visits where the crew explained what they were seeing and answered questions. Emma writes that Brandon fit her urgent call into a full schedule the same day, and Michael says Gary "showed up immediately" and had the septic pumped clean. Installations come up as well, with Kelly and Lee both describing new systems that Brandon and his team put in.

Around Alvarado, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Alvarado city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

Choosing who installs a new septic system is a decision most homeowners make once. A fair question for that first phone call is what the included two-year maintenance plan covers.
