do not use this company. driver broke a lid and never said a word. i unfortunately paid them without checking their work and when i contacted them for replacement got crickets. My bad.

Joe, First I’d like to say thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. We were very happy to be able to respond promptly and service your system in order to fulfill the agreement on the sale of your home. Unfortunately, it appeared the system hadn’t been serviced in some time and as a result it’s common for the inside tank lids to be come stuck or seized. We both know that’s the case because you requested new hooks to be installed on the lids because the old ones had been pulled out prior to our arrival. The technician attempted to get the lid removed and even called me (Austin) and I also immediately came to your home to assist. We successfully removed the lid as carefully as possible and unfortunately old concrete is very fragile so a corner of the lid did crack and fall off. Luckily it’s an inside lid and your outer lids are in great shape. We didn’t have any missed communications from you however I had reached out in order to explain what happened and had yet to hear back when I saw this review. Upon connecting with you and attempting to work toward a resolution it didn’t seem as if there was anything I could do in order to please you. We always strive to do our best and we apologize you feel we’ve came up short. We wish you the best on your future endeavors. Austin T

Easy to work with. Submitted the website form and was communicated with very quickly via text. Scheduled the pumping - everything went smoothly. Will be using Austin's on a schedule every 3 years to keep my septic in good shape!
