I can’t say enough good things about the service and support we have received from Atlantic OBX over the past five years at Loblolly Estate. Brian, the owner, has never failed to answer our calls when we’ve needed assistance, even late on a weekend. That kind of personal service is rare, and we truly appreciate it. Our most recent experience happened just last night. We own Loblolly Estate, a wedding venue in Jarvisburg, NC, and were hosting a wedding for approximately 120 guests who had traveled all the way from Iowa to celebrate with us.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your experience, this is why we are here!

The septic tank at our rental house needed pumping at 5pm on a Saturday night. Not only did they get it done within 2 hours, they didn't charge me the extra weekend fee because they were already nearby. Outstanding Service! Thank you.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, we are happy to help!

Atlantic saved the day for us when one of our toilets quit working the day before a family reunion. They went out of their way to help us get what we needed at the last minute so that no one was left squatting in the woods. Every employee we spoke to was kind and super helpful!

    Response from the owner

We are happy to help! Thank you for working with us.

I highly recommend Atlantic OBX! We had an emergency situation involving a bathroom at our rental home and called their after-hours number expecting the usual runaround we have experienced with other companies. Instead, Brian immediately stepped in to help. He quickly arranged for someone to come to the house, assess the situation, and determine that the problem was not with the septic system but was an interior plumbing issue. Brian stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and even had the service technician return to the house to shut off the water.

    Response from the owner

This is exactly what we strive to do! Thank you for your support and kind words!
