Scams and takes peoples money without doing the job they were hired to do. Makes excuses why they don’t do the job they were paid for in advance. And refuses to refund the money. Uses vulgar language with and insults customers. Thinks they are untouchable. Wouldn’t recommend.

The staff are great. God bless them. Sorry that they have to deal with the people they work under. Their president and higher up staff are horrible. Sold us a portable station for family reunions. We kept it well maintained, not even 60 feet from our driveway. After multiple weeks of them not showing up for the cleaning service we paid for, They decided to keep the money and tell use to screw off and sue them. Their reasoning being that the porta-potty was full… WELL YEAH, THATS WHY WE’RE HIRING YOU. Mind you, it wasn’t overflowing or anywhere near that.

Tamy and Mike and their team were an absolute joy to work with. I had many questions running my first event that needed shower trailers, portapotties, and sinks, and they were there every step of the way. They went out of their way multiple times to come to the site and make sure everything would work for us and to tell us what we needed. They were all very kind, respectful and super accommodating to help us have a wonderful and smooth event. Everything worked perfectly and showed up clean and in exceptional condition. Cannot recommend this team enough and I am so grateful for them!

    Response from the owner

Before You Call

Septic tanks rarely announce when they are due, and guesswork ends badly. One question is worth asking the office: with this tank and this many people in the house, how long should the home go between cleanings? The answer turns pumping from an emergency into a date on the calendar.
