Very respectful people. I called in wanting to have my septic tank looked at for location purposes. They were very honest and helpful just by giving advice on the best way to do that. No charge. Just a simple phone call with truthful people and good advice. If I ever need septic work I would for sure use these guys.

I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism of Ashburys Septic and especially Ethan! Ethan was prompt, professional, informative, respectful and courteous. He was able to answer all of my many questions without hesitation. He gave me advice for future pumping. He marked out where my septic tank was located. All of this with the friendliest smile. I highly recommend Ashburys and if you can, request Ethan. You won’t be disappointed!

I called at night with my kids and I smelling the septic backing up, Ashburys showed up the next morning after I dropped the kids off at school. They showed up with a smile ready to help and had my septic drained in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone with a septic needing assistance, thank you for a great experience.

These guys were super professional and knowledgeable, were in and out, and did a great job! The only ones I'll ever call for my septic tank!

The person who answered the phone was quite the unfriendly character. From the moment he picked up the phone to the moment we got off the phone, the man who answered was rude, didn't take the time to answer my questions, and was just plain disrespectful. I told him that our septic tank had never been pumped out before, and I asked him what the extra charge would be to pump the tank. He repeated his answer to my first question very rudely and flatly, "It will be 300 dollars to pump the tank out if you dig up the lids." Because of your attitude, you lost out on $300.

Callers describe a crew that shows up ready to work. Cary wrote that after an evening call with the septic backing up, the crew arrived the next morning and "had my septic drained in no time." Josh describes an in-and-out visit and a job done right. Several reviews name Ethan, a technician who marked out where the tank sat, answered every question and left advice for future pumping. Lauren says the crew insisted she watch and ask whatever came to mind. Mike mentions a call ahead before the truck pulled in.
