Ark Septic is amazing! We called on a weekend with an urgent issue, and they came out the same day, arriving within just a couple of hours of our call. They quickly diagnosed the problem and pumped our septic tank. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. We’re so grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need!

The worse service and customer service I have ever received. Bryan the technician completely destroyed my front lawn attempting to pull out a snake that he got caught in the line without asking for my authorization prior to doing so. He said the job was very difficult and that he pulled a big clog out. All I saw was one paper towel. I asked to see what was pulled out, he said it was went down the pipes already. When I called in to speak to customer service. Elvira, was so rude.
