Aqua Pompes just replaced our septic with a bionest system and I am so impressed with the work they did! Not only did they stick to the quote, I felt they went above and beyond the work we requested. Local and family run, Antoine, Roland and their team are very professional and super lovely! We received several quotes and they were not the cheapest but much more affordable than the biggest name in our region. Highly recommend!

Had a broken pipe from well head to house. First visit got an accurate diagnosis. Got estimate, went a little bit higher but in the expected range. (I appreciate estimates are just that, and can go up or down.). I was given option to dig by myself to lower price. A senior and junior showed up, dug with mini backhoe, and then fixed the pipe. Very friendly and didn't mind that I was looking at everything they did to learn. French speakers with excellent English, easy to communicate with in either language. Strong positive recommendation. Edit: Several months later.

Excellent service! I called Patrick at 8 a.m. because my pipe was frozen, he was at my house by 9 a.m., and it was fixed by 10 a.m.! Very courteous and reasonably priced! I'm definitely keeping his number handy!
