They were so amazing! We had 14 people at our house and septic was full. Helped me on the phone walk thru clearing our system. Then the next morning Tyler came right on time and pumped our septic. He was so great! 5 star company!

If the Portable Potty’s located at Rusty’s Drivein, corner of Cotlets Way/East Cashmere Rd, are representative of how AV conducts business, then I advise avoiding this company. Consider this….the units are located at a Prominent Retail location. Their Logos prominently displayed on the units. And they are Damaged, Dirty, and Odiferous. Really? What kind of business allows this sort of condition out in the market place to represent themselves to the world? Boneheads or Inconsiderate. That location should have Noon cleanup and 5 pm cleanup. Should be Pristine units. Represent the Brand well.

Response from the owner

Thank you for your input. This location is a struggle as are many public locations where the units receive nothing but abuse on a daily basis. This location has had the units burned to the ground twice. It is the customer who picks how many times a week units are serviced. Rustys wants to provide some restroom option for their customers but it is unrealistic for them to pay thousands of dollars a month to have them serviced twice per day everyday of the week. It is also unrealistic for us as a company to send a truck to that location for only 2 services twice a day everyday for no charge. We will speak with Rustys as to removing them and not having any restroom options. Our company strives for perfection and it's a shame that a bad review brings us down for something that is not our fault at all, such as the cases of our only bad reviews. The driver who services that route has worked it for nearly 30 years and takes his job very seriously and has a perfect record in the past.
