Dan was phoenomenal! Went above and beyond to help me with a tricky system, he also discovered I had a broken baffle inside the tank and went out of his way to ensure I was back up and running...ON A SUNDAY! I needed some parts for my system that I agreed to pick up, he gave me a detailed list of what I needed so I could walk into the supplier and walk out. He communicated extremely well and will be the only guy I ever have deal with my septic moving forward. Thanks Dan!

We love Dan, he's so friendly, teaches you about your system, is very thorough with paperwork, always submits inspection record to the city quickly, takes photos with geo location after pumping and won't pump unless you need it. Plus reasonable pricing even with rising fuel and facility costs. I don't even call around anymore, we always use Apple. Plus he will text for communication so I don't have to make a phone call. Can't recommend him enough!

I called Apple Septic in regards to having my septic pumped do to a backup. Not knowing where my septic tank lid was located I gave Dan my address and in minutes he texted back the records and where my tank was located (very helpful). Within an hour Dan was at my house and fixed the problem in minutes. He then explained how my system works and things I could do to make things easier in the future. Very knowledgeable and professional. Dan is Amazing and has earned my business!!!

Called Apple to come diagnose a problem with our septic system that needed tending to immediately. I called on a Sunday when the other septic companies were closed, and Dan said he could come take a look at our issue in an hour. I was so grateful for his availability and quick response. He took a thorough look at our system and told us we actually needed a plumber, not a septic guy. Then he spent close to an hour of his Sunday afternoon teaching us about our septic system; I have never comprehended it before, but now I do. He didn't have to spend that time teaching us, but he did.

We had an emergency with the septic tank backing up in the basement shower. Called every company in the Google search and none were responding. We got through to Apple Septic Services Inc. Via text messages. He walked us through step by step. Through text we discovered a clog in the first baffle. We were able to clear the drain and now have the ability to use the septic until we can get it pumped. He went out of his way to help us when he didn't have to! We appreciate you and your company! Thank you so VERY MUCH!

Dan is the name that runs through these reviews. Seth describes a Sunday visit that found a broken baffle inside the tank and ended with the system running again. E3 says a text with the tank's location came back within minutes of calling about a backup, with Dan in the driveway inside the hour. Julie writes that during a backup in her basement shower he "walked us through step by step" over text until the clog cleared. Several reviewers mention the teaching too. Andy notes that pumping comes with photos and location tags, and that the inspection paperwork reaches the city quickly.

Before You Call

The work at the center of this company is pumping, and the decision is when yours is due. If the last visit has faded from memory, one call sets a date. On the phone, it is fair to ask how often your township expects the tank pumped.
