Highly recommend to avoid using this company. They installed a new well for me and not only did they keep telling me times they will be coming to install it and end up delaying it for about a month. Now that it is finally installed. It is leaking somewhere inside of the well casing losing about 5 psi per hour and causing it to kick on and off multiple times a day for no reason. They are refusing to look into the issue. They came out for 10 minutes and said they couldn’t find anything wrong but they couldn’t even be bothered to pull it out and look.

Contacted Andrews Site Prep for an estimate to put in a new well pump, fix a leak and install a new water tank on Monday 8/3. Not only did they not charge us for an estimate, they got back to us the same day with a reasonable price and were able to come out the next day to do the work. On Tuesday 8/4, Dylan from Andrews Site Prep came to do the job. He was super polite and professional. He did a really good job and even did a couple of extra, cosmetic things that aren't usually part of the job. Dylan went out of his way to ensure we were very satisfied customers.

    Response from the owner

We are honored to hear Dylan delivered such outstanding service. Thank you, Tiffiany, for your continued trust in Andrews Site Prep!
