We were so appreciative that Steve came out on a Saturday and pumped our septic, gave us the information we need for future use, and figured out the roots we had growing in where there shouldn't be and how we can control them! Thank you so so much Steve for everything you do, you are a 5 star company!!!!!!

Perhaps he got up on the wrong side of the bed but wow. I have never been so insulted before. Good luck.

Very quick, responsive, same day, reasonable costing service. I’ve used them for my home and business needs and they’re fantastic! I also have two pets in my home that didn’t seem to mind him and he didn’t seem to mind my pets (the pets are usually they’re pretty skittish with strangers). We’ve used Roto Rooter in the past and after today’s experience with Andersen, we will not be going back to Roto Rooter.

The gentlemen came on time and were engaged in my explanation of what I was seeing and experiencing, and we’re respectful that I had no idea why it was happening. They immediately went into finding the root cause and correcting the issue immediately! They were efficient in fixing the issues and clearly articulated what they did and what I should do going forward to take care of my system! They were a breath of fresh air for a woman learning to manage all of this!

Steve is very professional and efficient. Definitely giving him a call in the future for any issues that may come up.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Most reviewers describe a quick visit and a clear explanation of the problem. Linda says Steve "came out on a Saturday" to pump her tank, then worked out why roots were growing where they should not. Other customers mention same-day service and a crew that found the root cause and explained what to do afterward. Roots come up more than once, with Brittany crediting the company for root removal and clearing septic lines, and adding that Steve shows customers what he is working on. One customer, Jason, left a low review in 2024 saying he felt insulted.
