Had an issue with our kitchen drain. Hector came out and was very professional and informative. Would definitely recommend.

    Response from the owner

Glad Hector could get that kitchen drain sorted out for you! He's great at taking the time to explain what's going on, not just fixing the problem. Thanks for the recommendation, and don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up. Sincerely, Alvarez Plumbing

David arrived at the appointed time. Polite and friendly demeanor. He reviewed the work order with me prior to beginning the work. Upon completion, he again reviewed what he did.

    Response from the owner

David sounds like exactly the kind of technician you want showing up, on time, communicative, and making sure you knew what was happening start to finish. That kind of professionalism matters to us. Glad he took good care of you, and thanks for sharing your experience! Sincerely, Alvarez Plumbing

Excellent service from start to finish! It all began with Adrianna, then Dianne, and finally the awesome David. David was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He was able to get the job done on time, and I truly appreciate the great service and attention to detail. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. Thank you, Adrianna, Dianne, and David, for a wonderful experience!

    Response from the owner

Adrianna, Dianne, and David will all love hearing this, thank you for taking the time to call each of them out by name. It's great to know the experience was smooth from that first call all the way through to David finishing the job. That kind of consistency from the whole team is exactly what we aim for. We'll be here whenever you need us again! Sincerely, Alvarez Plumbing

We had a clog in our main sewer drain late on a Friday afternoon. We called Alvarez Plumbing and they sent Tony over right away. He was able to quickly snake the drain and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable as well. Thank you to Diane in the office as well for getting the service call dispatched so quickly. Highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing! Thank you Tony and Diane!!

    Response from the owner

A Friday afternoon main sewer clog is stressful, really glad Tony got there quickly and had you taken care of fast. He's great at what he does, and Diane works hard to make sure calls like yours don't wait. Appreciate you shouting them both out by name, we'll make sure they see this. Thanks for trusting us and for the kind recommendation! Sincerely, Alvarez Plumbing

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Technicians are named in nearly every account, Hector, David, Tony and Juan among them, and several customers describe the work being reviewed with them before and after. Crystal describes a main sewer drain clogged late on a Friday afternoon and Tony arriving the same day to clear it. Same-day attendance comes up repeatedly, including from households with children at home. The office staff are named alongside the technicians more often than is usual in these accounts.

Before You Call

A clogged main line and a failing sewer line feel identical indoors and cost very differently to fix. Ask what the technician found once the drain was cleared.
