They called before arriving and were on time. Mason came out and emptied our septic tank and was done within a couple of hours. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Would recommend and will be using them again

Allstar Septic Service was recommended to me for an emergency septic tank backup. While I was on the phone with Sterling, he walked me through some diagnostics to determine that it was probably a failed pump or float and told me the cost for replacing either or both. Sure enough, when his guy came out, we quickly found the pump was shot, so it got replaced and was up and running in no time. Such a great experience working with professionals who don't try to fleece you for a few extra $$ and talk in a straight forward way. HIGHLY recommend Allstar Septic!

Great customer service and Top-notch septic service. They will work through your issue on the phone before they show up to make sure you're not wasting money. Once onsite, they are willing to go above and beyond

I had these guys come out to service our system twice in the same week and both times the device was impeccable! Shout out to both Mason and Ashton, who were both extremely professional, did a fantastic job on the septic, and were both very nice young men with great manners. To top it all of the prices I paid for the service was way lower than I could've dreamed it would be. I couldn't have asked for any better service, price,or workmen at my home. Thanks so much AllStar Septic for pulling me out of the fire with the county! You guys are the best!

I hope this review will save someone some time in the future. Unfortunately wish I could say I had a better experience. I reached out to this company due to their great reviews! That’s what I look for when I don’t know who to call. I am looking for a great septic company that Is reliable. From the beginning it didn’t seem like they were interested in my business. They wanted me to contact a different company for a design plan so they could bid the job.

    Response from the owner

I apologize we don't offer system design hence why we suggested 2 companies who do that. We also had suggested several other installers in hopes they'll meet your request!!! I don't understand why we received a bad review for a service we don't offer but I'm sure you meant well and genuinely care!! It wasn't about using anyone else work efforts-we don't offer design service. This would be like bidding a house someone wants built without a house plan. We need to see a plan to know what the specifactions are!!!! I'm genuinely sorry we couldn't meet your expectations!! Thank you so much!!! Sterling Schmidt

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Reviewers describe tank pump-outs, a failed pump replaced after an emergency backup, and a kitchen grease trap and line cleaned during one visit. Several name Mason as the technician who came out, and they say he explained the work before and after he did it. Sterling, who takes the calls, is credited with working through the problem by phone first. Customers also mention that the crew arrived on time. Paiten wrote that the company "called before arriving" and had the tank emptied within a couple of hours. One customer, Parker, left a low review after the company asked for a design plan from another firm before bidding the job. The company's reply says it does not offer system design.
