​I hired Allied Septic to fix constant backups, and after an inspection, Brandon recommended replacing the entire drain field for $15,000. During the job, I specifically asked him if the septic tank or the main line to the house needed to be replaced as well. Brandon assured me, "No, there's no need, they're both working perfectly fine," and added that I wouldn't have any more issues with my system for the rest of my life. ​Less than two weeks after completion, my system backed up again, flooding my basement.

Avoid Allied Septic, Big Disappointment Under New Owner Riva Betty I used to hear good things about Allied Septic, but after the ownership changed to Riva Betty, the company has completely lost its reputation as a reliable, service-oriented business. What a letdown. From the moment we hired them, it was clear that septic work is not her strong suit. Her knowledge of the business only becomes obvious once you’ve already paid and things start going wrong. Communication was poor, the work felt unprofessional, and we were left dealing with more problems than we started with.

Shout out to Brandon and his A-Team! Needed a new septic field-and at a time of urgency, Allied Septic Installation was there for me… explained the project, worked with my timing, got the job done in two days and cleaned up to my satisfaction. I highly recommend!

We have lived in our house for 7 years. The previous owners used Allied so we used them too. Our first septic tank. We have had them out every year since and they are great. They come out quickly, they get the job done quickly and efficiently and they are pleasant and easy to work with! We will keep using them as long as we are here.

I genuinely do not understand how this company has the ratings that it does. Based on our experience, they either do not know what they’re doing or they simply do not care about their customers. We used them at the end of last year because we were having septic issues. They told us our septic tank itself was fine, that there were some roots in it, and that we would just need to have it serviced more often moving forward. Fast forward a few months later, we had another plumber come out because we were dealing with a backup.
