"Highly recommend Alliance Septic! The team handled our routine pumping, a system repair, and a brand new installation with absolute professionalism. They were punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Their pricing is very fair for the high quality of work they deliver. It is rare to find a company this reliable, 5 stars! - Scott, San Miguel, CA"

I had an incredibly poor experience with this company. They charged me fraudulently, behaved incredibly disrespectfully and disregarded any rules of customer service. When I inquired about their fraudulent charge, the owner shouted at me on the phone and threatened to file a lien on my property (good luck with that in the absence of an agreement or work authorization). Horrible experience.

    Response from the owner

This customer scheduled an appointment with our office for a septic tank service. She let the office know she would not be there and left a credit card number to be charged and asked for us to provide a receipt via email upon completion. We charged her card for the pumping and we did not charge her any labor, even though we had to dig up the septic tank lids. We also cleaned the filter free of charge. She then called the office demanding that we refund her money and claiming she had spoken with one of my techs and he said the tank did not need to be pumped. Turns out she was texting with another company and not one of our technicians. She did not call us to cancel and was not on site when we showed up on the scheduled date to perform the work. The septic tank had not been pumped for 4 years and was due for service. When we spoke on the phone she was extremely inconsiderate, cursing and calling me names after I explained that I would not continue the conversation if she would not allow me to speak. Constantly overtalking me the entire phone call. I tried to explain that we showed up the day we were supposed to and did the work that she scheduled. Now we are called names and being blamed for fraudulent charges. This is simply not true. She also threatened me with that fact that she is an attorney. Being an attorney does not exclude you from paying for services rendered. If you schedule an appointment, then proceed to have such service provided, but refuse to pay, that is the definition of fraudulent to me. Any other service providers beware of this customer.

Everything was great - professional, and no complaints at all. The service and knowledge the operator just reassures you that everything is running as it should. I have an old system far out in the cuts, and I'm glad I had someone out here to look at it. Thanks Alliance 😊

Reviews from customers describe the range of the work. Scott's family had routine pumping, a system repair and a brand new installation, and John, whose old system sits "far out in the cuts," was glad someone came out to look at it. David put in a ton of time getting the design and permits for his leach field replacement and says the office hung with him through every question. Chance reached out over a weekend and had a crew pumping his tank by 11 the next business day. Being on time and easy to reach are the threads that run through most of these notes.
