Very disappointed with the customer service. We called to schedule a septic inspection and were asked for our name and phone number so someone could call us back. My husband explained that we had already done that previously and never received a return call. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, the person on the phone seemed completely uninterested and didn’t appear to care that we had been waiting for a response. We understand that businesses get busy, but a simple apology or an effort to assist would have gone a long way.

Thanks, Buck! We're glad we could get the job done quickly without cutting corners on quality, and that the price felt fair. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

Chris and his crew at All Star Septic are the gold standard for septic service. When they say 8 AM, they mean 8 AM, not “around 8:30.” You can tell right away that Chris takes pride in his word, his reputation, and taking care of his customers. His team, Ryan, Mike, and Devin, are basically mini versions of him: respectful, professional, and always putting customer concerns first. After our home purchase, we had All Star do a full cleanout and camera inspection.

Incredible people! Great service, they were willing to come out when no one else was. Eli was fast, professional, and explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and he knocked the clog right off my main drain and had the tank pumped in no time. I will never use anyone else from now on.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe quick pump outs handled by Eli. Rachelle writes that he came out when no one else would and "knocked the clog right off my main drain" before pumping her tank, and another customer notes he arrived on time and finished the pump without issue. Chris and his crew also come up by name. One reviewer describes a full cleanout and camera inspection after buying a house, with clogged lines cleared and a riser added so future cleanouts are easier. Another describes an inspection ahead of a house sale, an extensive repair finished in a few days, and calls the day before the crew came and again once the job was done.
