All Star Plumbing & Heating, Inc. The other day, I walked into the office(8 AM) and met a very friendly group of employees. My wife just returned from 3 months in hospitals and rehab. Our furnace wasn’t working along with the air conditioner. We were facing a week with high temperatures and high humidity. They said they would see me at 9 AM. I was very impressed when they showed up on time. Within 2 hours, I was told the cost for everything. Two employees showed up, in the morning, and started tearing everything out. While doing this, they made sure not to cause a mess.

Great people to work with! They are extremely hardworking, responsive, and excellent communicators. RUN, DON'T WALK! INVESTORS, LANDLORDS, TENANTS, and HOMEOWNERS BEWARE! We will NEVER recommend All Star Plumbing based on our experience. We paid for what was represented and billed as a **new** water heater installation. Unfortunately, we feel the project was mishandled from beginning to end. According to All Star Plumbing's own invoice, the old water heater was removed and the job was completed on June 26, 2025. That wasn't true. A city inspection on July 3 documented that the work was **not complete** and still required final inspection.

We take customer concerns seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the timeline. During the installation, our technician intentionally left the old water heater in place temporarily because it was heavily corroded and required additional assistance to remove safely. Unfortunately, due to an internal oversight, that follow-up was not scheduled as intended. We take responsibility for that mistake and sincerely apologized. As soon as we were notified, we returned promptly, removed the old unit, completed the required inspection, and the installation was approved. Several months later, we were asked to replace the new water heater due to alleged physical damage. By that time, the installation had already passed inspection, additional work had been performed in the basement by others, and we had not been back to the property. Under those circumstances, we could not determine when or how the reported damage occurred and therefore could not accept responsibility for replacing the unit. We understand that not every situation ends with both parties in agreement, but we stand behind the quality of our work, our willingness to correct our own mistakes, and our commitment to treating every customer fairly.
