    Luis and Manny were phenomenal to work with. Always excellent communication and very thorough. We felt heard, cared about and prioritized. The work was professional and we are finally sleeping with sound minds to have our home flood/water free. Would recommend Rooter 1000%.     This company is always reliable and honest. They are always on time with their appointments, answer all of my questions, and go into great detail explaining what needs to get done. We have used them for years to maintain our sewer lines and they always do a wonderful job.

    I picked them because they were recommended, and I see why. Louis and his team were fantastic. I had a bad buildup of iron ochre mud that destroyed my sump pump, and they took their time listening to me, investigating the problem, and working with me to answer my questions and provide a solution. They responded quickly, offered a better price than the other plumber I quoted, and fixed the issue by cleaning out the pit and pipes, and installing an ejector pump that won't get clogged going forward. They also used a camera to check all my pipes for any issues.

Homeowners who called All Rooter describe sewer and drain work built around a camera in the line. Bert removed stubborn tree roots from one home's sewer pipe and added a new access line. Luis and a co-worker cleared an obstruction behind a basement backup after the camera found it. Cecil's sump pump was destroyed by iron ochre mud, and the crew cleaned out the pit and pipes and installed an ejector pump. Two homeowners say the crew came within a day or two of the call. Cecil said they "never made me feel rushed or stupid".
