Called them about getting field line reattached to septic tank and he just kinda blew me off, like he didn’t need my business. He said something like “you need an unlicensed” something. Wasn’t helpful at all.

    Response from the owner

Any modifications made to an existing system must be cleared by the county inspector which includes a soil analysis and permit. I am a licensed installer and my license is in good standing with the state. I cannot according to state law come and good ole boy your system back together. I have to protect my license. So what i told you was, if you want to piece it back together you will have to find you a unlicensed construction guy that has no license, also usually has no insurance, and usually really cheap to do your illegal hooking up of anything. At the end of our phone call the choice is yours if you want an operational system that is state approved or if you want to good ole boy it back together. Have a Great Day!!

Could not buy septic here. Went to del zotto

    Response from the owner

This is not a precast company. All In Septic is an installation and maintenance company. Del Zotto is a precast company. There is a difference. I buy from a precast company to install. A precast company sells to an installer to install a tank.

My call was answered immediately. I called in the early afternoon and they were at my place with 2 hours. They found the septic tank and had it cleaned out in less than an hour. The price was fair and the service fast. Thanks.

I called Randal at 7:45am and he picked up and got me in the same day. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough job to have been performed. I ended up needing to contact him for additional info and he responded almost immediately even though it was a Sunday night. He cares about his job performance and had a great work ethic. Give him a call for any plumbing needs.
