My husband called, wanted to work with them and use this place for an install at our property, wasn't even able to explain himself all the way before they hung up on him. Horrible customer service.

We had septic issues when we bought the home and were afraid we would have to replace our septic system which would be a small fortune plus life long maintenance contract. We had it looked by many companies and they all tried to sell us new systems. Vince and All American Wastewater Solutions performed maintenance to the system and we are back and running. All the work, which was considerable, was done the same day. No other septic outfit is doing this type of work. They were highly recommended to us, and now we are recommending them to you.

If you are in need of septic system cleaning look no further; you will have peace of mind with Vince Sullivan of All American Wastewater Solutions. I was in dire need, my septic issues were more serious than I could have ever imagined. It was late, on a Friday afternoon my chances for someone to pickup my call were slim. I left a detail message and a few minutes later, I got a call back from Vince. I told him I needed septic service. He arranged to come out early the next morning. Vince and Robert arrived early as planned. To my surprise there was another issue to this septic drama.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Raymond, for sharing your experience and recommending our services! I'm thrilled to hear how Vince and Robert could promptly assist you during such a critical situation, going above and beyond to resolve your septic issues swiftly and efficiently. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we're grateful you trusted us to handle your needs. Sincerely, All American Wastewater Solutions.

All American is the best full service septic company. They are experts at repairs and maintenance, as well as the BEST at septic pump outs. I’d never even seen the concrete bottoms of my tanks until I hired them to pump out my system. It was absolutely immaculate. After experiencing sub-par service from several companies in the past, I’ve finally found the company that fulfills my needs and expectations for what a septic company should be. Five stars without hesitation! They are bar-none the best I’ve experienced!

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! I'm delighted to hear that our expertise in repairs and maintenance made such a positive impression and exceeded your expectations. It's truly gratifying to know we've become the septic service you can rely on. Sincerely, All American Wastewater Solutions
