I called this company to get a price. Their price was better and their storm shelter supplier had a couple cancellations so I was able to get scheduled in less than two weeks. My experience with the install crew was even better. The guys were courteous of not damaging our driveway or bumping into things in our yard. We asked if the excess dirt they could just scoop up and dump on the other side of the fence and they did that for us which probably didn’t add much time for them but saved us a lot of time when it comes time to haul it.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your kind words! Our team is thrilled to hear about your positive experience and we appreciate your support.

Failed to honor warranty or show up as specified by DEQ to service every 6 months and now is ghosting me.

Their fee to come to your house is $275. They came out and installed a wire nut on our septic system in about 15 min and billed us $275 + 3% credit card fee. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but they don't mention the fee when you schedule, so I feel prospective customers should know. I've called around and other local companies charge $99 -150. Nice people, but charging nearly $300 to flip a breaker switch to connect a wire is just too much for us. All American has serviced our aerobic septic for years, but we're going to switch companies due to the high cost.

    Response from the owner

We apologize you feel that way . Customer service is our top priority. Service call is a flat rate. Which includes diagnostics & small repairs. Your system needed the original wires to be removed and rewired with sealant.

Exactly what I needed! They were on-time and on-budget. It's nice to find a company that does what they say they will do.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Mr Moore. We appreciate your business.

They were, great very professional, kept all appointments on time, did exactly what they said. I recommend them highly. Out of all the people I called they were the only ones that kept there word.

    Response from the owner

Thank you Mr Rodger’s . We appreciate your business.

Before You Call

For a homeowner facing a failing system, the real choice is between repairing what is in the ground and starting over with a new one, and All American Septic works on both sides of that decision. A fair question for the phone call is what a percolation test on the lot would show before any recommendation gets made.
