If you need septic service, Alcona Septic Service is who to call. We are a first time customer and I can't say enough about Fred's communication and customer service! Quick service of our tank and it was a pleasure to chat with him. He gave us some great information on how our tank and field work so we know how to troubleshoot for issues in the future. Thank you for everything Fred, we appreciate you!!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers mostly describe tank pumping and cleaning calls that were booked fast. Several say Fred fit them in the same day, and one says the visit came over a July 4th weekend. Another says the crew got them on the schedule quickly and showed up as expected. Denise called when toilets and tubs were backing up, and the tank was cleaned out after a crew arrived "out within the hour". Erin, a first-time customer, says Fred explained how the tank and field work so the household can troubleshoot problems later. Several reviewers name Fred as the person who handled their job.
