    May 2026

Service is generally as expected for an aerobic septic system, but there are unresolved concerns. The pump was replaced over a year ago, and at that time it was noted that the tub was split at the seam. Given the location of the tear, it was likely already compromised from the initial installation. The service representative acknowledged the issue, and I requested a replacement tub along with the raised green plastic riser. More than a year later, neither item has been replaced, and there has been no follow-up.

    Response from the owner

Hi Brenda, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We are very sorry to hear we dropped the ball on follow-through and communication regarding the tub and riser replacement. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate you bringing this back to our attention, and our team will be reviewing the history here and reaching out directly to discuss next steps and answer your questions.
