Tyler was the WEEKEND ON CALL technician. I reported my concern Friday evening and Tyler contacted us before 9am Sat morning. He was at our house by 9:30, assisting with our concern. He was friendly, polite and thorough in his assessment ... and was able to explain the issues we were having and get us back up and running. We appreciate that Aerobic Services has an ON CALL team ... and that everyone that has visited us throughout the years we have been on service have displayed the same courtesies and professionalism that Tyler did. THANK YOU!!!

    Response from the owner

Andy, wow, thank you for this! John showed up when you needed him most and we couldn't be more proud of that. Rolling with the punches, holidays and all, is just what we do. We're grateful for your trust!

Next day service was nice! Went very well & quickly too! Coby was very nice. Got conventional septic pumped. Didn't know about the extra charge for digging more than 6 inches and had my grandson about to do it but Coby turned him away and charged an extra $100+!! Oops! Found out a couple weeks later that when he dug for the tank lids he cut wire for our sprinkler system and didn't even notify us! Wires red and yellow and white don't look like roots! Now we had to pay the sprinkler guy to come out and trace down the break and fix it. Another $200.00!! Downgraded the stars 2 1/2.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the detailed feedback, Edwin! We're glad Coby was able to get your septic pumped quickly and that he handled the extra digging situation fairly. We appreciate your business and your understanding.

Always have fast service, always fixed same day i have an issue with weeds trying to over take my septic and they are happy to work around what we are trying to kill off. Never had any issues or complaints, nice employees, usually you cant even tell they were there but they always call before coming and were so sweet to not want to drive through my yard but i wanted him to get up next to septic as its to hot for him to be walking my yard when the septic is able to be driven up to.

Trey Magsam did a great job diagnosing my main issue, and found both sprinklers needing replacement. He also provided many operational suggestions for me to follow up on in the future. In addition, he explained the annual maintenance program and it's benefits. And I added that program going forward.

Around Bastrop, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Bastrop city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

When an older system keeps acting up, the homeowner faces a choice between another repair and a new installation. Aerobic Services does both, so it is fair to ask over the phone which route they would recommend for a given system and why.
