They are amazing. Worked with me to help me locate my septic tank and as soon as I did had someone out that day. Their communication was impeccable. And absolutely nice humans. Definitely reccomend.

We had a main drain clog and we’re crunched for time and Adirondack Septic can through for us in less than 12 hours a day after a holiday ! Very impressed with their response time . We will highly recommend them to others !

A driver pulled into my yard over 20 feet passed my driveway to pump the septic. Mind you no one else ever had to pull in that far. The driver got stuck and had to call another truck to pull him out. After pulling out the truck my yard was torn up deeply. I went out and asked why he had pulled into my yard passed the driveway. The man said “it was an accident.” I replied “ I don’t understand a few feet maybe but 20?” The man that pulled him out told me “you’re just a renter, you don’t matter.” I guess renter rights don’t matter to this company.

Renters are valued as much as any property owner. Your landlord does however order work and concent to allowing reasonable access to do so. We have had trucks back in this location many times over the years, however, in this case, due to significant problems with the septic system, the area was more saturated and wet than normal. Also, it was not you who called the company. It was your husband who was not first-hand to witness the incident in the first place and he most certainly was not told what you’ve described. Simply put you’ve taken a minor action incident and twisted it in an attempt to make it all more dramatic than it actually was.
