Not even a return call. Go elsewhere!

    Response from the owner

We apologize we were having problems with our phone/invoicing program. We did not receive calls or voicemails. But we are up and running smoothly now.

Having work done on our house and our plumber has been unreachable. Called Jason from Adams and he was able to help us right away. He was patient, attentive, explained things very well, and was able to resolve everything for us very quickly. Safe to say he’s our go-to plumber now.

I spent over 10K with these people. I had a problem that needed to be addressed and here is what happened. I tried calling them at 4:30 PM and waited on hold and no one answered. Called back 30 minutes again and got there emergency line left 2 messages no return phone call. Sent a test message no reply. At the least someone should have called me back or returned my text. If you're looking for a dependable plumber I suggest to look elsewhere. Oh, and where is my manual for my water softener you said would be dropped off at my house?
