I spoke with a lady I believe is from customer service, the work on my commercial property was completed but she spent time arguing and calling me names on why I should pay for work done without any supporting documents for the work done. I still paid $1200 without any documentation to show how much was pulled out from my sewer system. She was Extremely disrespectful and she really shouldn’t be in a customer service role. If the owner of this company is struggling to grow this business you know where your challenges are. Extremely poor customer service for a business that needs customers !!

Their loss, potentially $1500+- job.I needed info on what is proper procedure for remedies of a damaged/exposed septic. Lady answering phone was helpful another in the background very sarcastic and couldn’t be bothered. Hung up on me. Next.
