Unprofessional customer service. Rude and rushed the entire conversation.

Arrived at my house and took one look at the tank and said he didn't want to do any digging to simply get to the tank. Paul jumped in the truck and left leaving me stranded with my tanks still full. He kept saying on the phone how he was better than the competition however with one phone call to his " competition " they were here within an hour, dug the hole, and got it done. Would NOT recommend and would never use again.
