Aaron showed up on time and quickly assessed our problem and installed a new compressor. Plus! We are in the middle of construction remodel and when we checked to make sure everything was working properly, the plumbers saw a septic line leak. Aaron gave us a piece of 1” septic rated line so the plumbers could make a patch! He did have to do that, but he did and he was very knowledgeable about our system and proposed maintenance! THANKS AARON! Great service!!

On a septic tank, I need to have it pumped every few years. Aaron's was considerate of property and very efficient. They also checked the flow from the furthest toilet.

Septic tank cover was broken during servicing which I didn't notice until after driver left. After repeated attempts, I finally got a response that they would charge me $400 to replace the lid. After I suggested that they should cover at least some of the cost, I received a final response, "I apologize but we cannot be liable for the lid". A few points to add: 1. I was never warned that the lid may break and do I want to continue with this service. 2. When the lid was broken, I was not informed and I had to discover this on my own later. 3.
