Aaron was very professional and did a great job with my sewer line repair. He was up front about any potential cost increases and did a high quality job. His replacement method using a boring tool significantly reduced the amount of tear up to both my front yard and the street. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone needing sewer repair work.

Very difficult to contact, I tried email first because I wanted to include a topo sitemap showing my sewer location. This job was not an emergency, but my goal was to get a drain replacement before completing an addition nearby as the pipe would be much more difficult to access afterwards. I got no response to my email over the next few days. This was not unreasonable, but after a week I wanted to check in so I called the office. I called at several different times throughout the day with no answer, so then I tried Aaron’s cell. He did answer, and told me to text over the info.

Aaron and his crew are so professional and responsive. They were lifesavers. We needed emergency assistance when a pipe burst from the street to our house. They were experts, did the repair precisely without damaging anything else on our property. I highly highly recommend Aaron and his company.

A pipe that bursts between the street and the house is the kind of call Melissa describes. She writes that Aaron and his crew handled the emergency and finished the repair without damaging anything else on her property. Brett says his sewer line repair used a boring method that cut down the tearing up of his yard and street, and he found Aaron "up front about any potential cost increases". Spencer describes a short phone call that diagnosed his problem and pointed him toward the help he needed.

Before You Call

A sewer line or a septic system that keeps failing leaves one decision to settle before any digging starts: repair what is there or put in something new. Aaron's Excavating handles both, so asking on the first call which route fits the damage is a fair way to start.
