    Called made a request for them to come out following sat to pump septic. They called afternoon said their truck was full and could not make it. Made arraignments for following sat called Friday before to confirm waited all day sat no call no show. DO NOT CALL this person. Horrible I was honest told him it was a steel tank and was selling the house and needed a certification and yes I thought his company had done it when we purchased the house in 2005 . I told him I know it might have a issue but the first step is them showing up as promised and doing the test.

    This man wants a certification on a tank that won't certify he wants to pass these troubles on to the next customer to the person buying a new home he made up some cockamamie story that I my company certified that tank previously which is a lie he was told to tank wouldn't pass and he still wants us to do it

    Other reviews must be from friends. All day he said he was on his way, finally showed up some 8 hours later. Dropped the lid in the tank, told me I could go buy another. Another trip here was going to cost full price, no thanks.

    We told customer that it would be 8 o'clock in the evening before we could get there.We advised customer that lid didn't have a handle and if he wanted to pull it up ,do to high probability of lid falling in tank. HE SAID NO , GO AHEAD And DONT WORRY ABOUT IT. THE LID DID FALL IN TANK BECAUSE IT HAD NO HANDLE TO LIFT OUT AND ALSO LID WAS PREVIOUSLY BROKEN.WE ALSO ADVISED HIM THAT HE HAD 2 SIDES TO HIS TANK AND HE ONLY HAD ONE SIDE OPEN. WE ASKED IF HE WANTED US TO DIG OUT OTHER SIDE ,HE SAID ,NO. week later HE calls and says other side is OPEN and expects us to pump tank and drive there for free . WE told him it cost us money and we cant work for free. NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT'S WHERE THE BAD REVIEW COMES INTO PLAY
