Paul just emptied the tank here. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process and what was involved with an older system. He was very professional and was very pleasant and did a great job! Thanks Paul!

Young man came to clean septic filter, pulled it out, looked at it, put it back in? He said it didn’t need cleaning. I gave him a spare filter I had. He put the spare in and we had to clean the dirty one ourselves. We pay for filter cleaning, not inspection. I called to complain but two young women talked so fast defending the employee I could hardly get a word in and hung up. They called six moths later to schedule service and two of them kept giggling. I said no and have not contacted them since.

    Response from the owner

Hi Lauren. After reviewing our schedule, accounting records and discussing the matter internally, we have not been able to verify several of the details described in this review, including the timeline and the services referenced. That said, we always want to understand if there has been any miscommunication or misunderstanding. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and review the situation together. Please contact our office at your convenience.

They were very professional. They came in and did the job with no game playing. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the steps. They taught me about my plumbing and made sure I was all set before leaving. They even cleaned up before they left.

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much Kayla! We appreciate your 5-star review.
